Year 11 Consultation Evening – Online Appointment Booking

 I would like to invite you to attend our Year 11 Parents/Carers Consultation Evening on Thursday 29^th April. This evening will enable you to discuss your child’s progress towards their KS4 qualifications with their subject teachers.

The school has introduced a new system, an easy to use online appointment booking system. This allows you to choose your own appointment times with teachers and you will receive an email confirming your appointments. This is a virtual system allowing communication to take place through an appropriate device without the need to come into the Academy. Appointments will need to be booked in by Friday 23^rd April.

Please visit https://southshore.schoolcloud.co.uk/  to book your appointments. You will need to use your personal email that you have provided to the school to logon. If you are unsure which email you have provided to school, please contact the school office to confirm the email address to be used. Below is a link to a video and guide that can help you through the process.

If you do not have an email address or access to the internet, please contact the school office who will be happy to add appointments on your behalf.
